I'm just in a long, longlonglonglonglonglonglonglonglongloooooooooonnnngggg process of de-cluttering the... 60,000 I think it was, last I counted? pics and vids saved between my phone and laptop. It was that or purge everything again as I did years ago. If I succumbed to that then its inevitable I'd likely go into a year or two "isolate from anythong remotely kink-related" period again as well (there's a long story there, but I can get into it another time). I have too fucking many. I don't even really know why, honestly the number of them I've even lloked at more than once is I think maybe about... 1% of em if even that. Idk it just, it doesn't feel healthy and I'm sick of it. Again.
Only by painstakingly going through everything I have [a slow-moving process so far. I've spent the past 3 or 4 days just going through my 20,000 phone pics alone. And the "first sweep" isn't as fruitful as I'd've liked. From Z-->0 (or Z--> characters like _ or &, cause I think those come before 0), I'm just now in the number 7's, and have deleted maybe 7,000 pics if even that], do I feel I can eventually -by carefully balancing out how much stuff I save, how many people I follow, and how many people/things I interact with at once (because I'm following like 3500 people and have anywhere upwards of 40 RPs going on at a time), not go into a full-on abstaining period again.
I probably should've said something sooner but I was impulsive a bit because the "overwhelmed by how much digital clutter" feeling has been threatening to overwhelm me for weeks if not months, so I chose to strike while the impulse was in me (Plus like, I mean this with no offense at all, but none of you are "entitled" to explanations if/when I leave, why, for how long, etc. If i wamted to leave for 3 mo ths to play through a fuckton of videogames instead, thats my prerogative. But im chooding to inform you all of my own volition caused feel guilty if I caused anyone worry). That said given I took a brief break from my sorting (didn't want DA notifications piling too high so I'm whittling them down to a number that will be manageable to sift through when I'm finally finished. Speaking of: my end goal pics-wise is ideally less than a thousand, but honestly I feel it'll turn out more like: optimistically 2 thousand or so, and pessimistically like, 5 thousand or so. So at best I'm like idk, 10% there at worst like, 2%? I couldn't think of how to fraction/percentage it out correctly), I decided to make an announcement thingy now.
Apologies for not saying something sooner though. I hope you'll understand that once my dust has settled I'll get back into the swing of things, more or less (again, it'll be in a lessened capacity of sorts as I need to also whittle down how much time I spend on here between sorting through my watchlist's uploads, replying to stuff, etc. like, you know from when I wake up til when I go to sleep about 85-90% of my time is on here? That's not fucking healthy.). For a long time I had one that was the username I used on pretty much every site, but my sister began nosing in my business (not in the like; "usual" family way people try to pass off. No, she like actively googled it and visited nearly every site I was registered on and kept digging up shit and just treating me like shit over shit), so I had to change it everywhere. Here; I first used a placeholder because that whole "it'll show your previous username" thingy would possibly still point her to me, and then switched it to what it is now. Which is essentially a mashup of my tumblr URL (jessthenot-so-hotmess) and my birth year (88)

Well; it's sort of a toss up between Giantess and vore stuff, monsters, pokemon, or sci-fi and fantasy works. Also I think a fair amount of like, I dunno that they'd be selfies per se; but like, the artsy equivalent of them. Photo self portraits maybe? Or just "DeviantIDs?" I dunno.

Well even though she got rid of DA; would be one. Also, pretty much most of the people mentioned above, and , , , , and even though they aren't active anymore, and (I think he had a different account name later but it went like totally unused? Something like; a spoonful of sugar or something?), and more.
12. How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
Pretty much anyone that did fanart for me/of my stuff (so from a quick search; it looks like , , , and . I feel there are others though but I dunno for sure) because I was flattered they liked it/me enough to draw stuff from me/for me. Also, the two people who's names escape me atm that liked my writing enough to ask if I did requests/commissions (because even though I do have dreams of being an author and I've since grown in self-confidence, I still had/have some doubts and it's nice for people to go "yeah, I like it enough I'd pay for it or ask for it special" or whatnot). Oh, and everyone who actually felt some sort of impact from when I wrote the rather emotionally-charged letters for the 30-day letter challenge thing. Especially who also seems to have deleted. But apparently I had such an impact on them that they were able to start sorting through some personal emotional shit and like, that impacted me because it was a like "wow, I can really really have an effect on some people huh?" type moment.
Oh, and fishbicth in a way by kinda inadvertently teaching me a lesson regarding trades and mail stuff and other things. And I'm kinda being intentionally vague because I have made peace with it as much as I can and because I don't want to seem like I'm "being a shit stirrer" or something (hence why I didn't do the icon thingy either. I'm figuring that'll not tag her and seem like; shit stirry?)
